Adam Krauss is a corporate lawyer with more than 25 years of experience handling a wide variety of corporate and commercial legal matters. Adam began his legal career at large law firms where his practice included M&A, securities, private and public equity offerings, licensing, contracting, and other corporate matters for domestic and international public and private clients.

Adam spent 15 years as in-house counsel at both large and small medical device and biotech companies, serving most recently as Chief Legal Officer at a public, Massachusetts-based immuno-oncology company. Adam’s in-house experience includes managing global commercial activities, creating and managing company legal and compliance policies, and creating and delivering training programs for company personnel, including training Sales and Marketing employees.
